Orders and Payment

Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination

- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier

Returns and Refunds
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items

- Custom or special-order items are non-returnable
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
Warranty
Cable John products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:

Limitation of Liability
